Auf der Grundlage des Ansatzes von Pierre Bourdieu zur \u201eTheorie der Praxis\u201c werden in diesem Buch die Entwicklungspotenziale des immateriellen Kulturerbes \u2013 ausformuliert in der 2003er-Konvention \u2013 diskutiert und reflektiert. Die Konvention interpretiert immaterielles Erbe als Motor (\u201adriver\u2018) und Wegbereiter (\u201aenabler\u2018) f\u00fcr Entwicklung, dem wiederum Paradigmen von nachhaltiger Entwicklung und menschlicher Entwicklung zu Grunde liegen. Dies beinhaltet, dass immaterielle Kulturpraktiken sowohl Potenziale f\u00fcr wachstumsbasierte nachhaltige Entwicklung, z.B. in Form von Kulturindustrien oder Tourismus, als auch f\u00fcr menschliche Entwicklung im weitesten Sinne in sich bergen. Die Publikation systematisiert die Entwicklungspotenziale von immateriellem Erbe, um deren aktive Inwertsetzung zu unterst\u00fctzen. Der theoretische Zugang wird mit einer empirischen Fallstudie zum \u201eFinsterwalder S\u00e4ngerfest\u201d erg\u00e4nzt, das auf einer Tradition des Chorsingens basiert. Zentrales Ergebnis der Untersuchung ist ein Modell zur Inwertsetzung von Erbepraktiken, das den Zusammenhang von immateriellem Erbe mit nachhaltiger und menschlicher Entwicklung aufzeigt. Das Modell veranschaulicht dar\u00fcber hinaus, wie die Ziele des 2003er-U\u0308bereinkommens <\/em>auch jenseits einer UNESCO-Nominierung umgesetzt werden ko\u0308nnen.<\/p>\n
